METROPOL13 will be built on an area of more than 6000 sqm connecting Lehel út and Lőportár passage. In the first phase of the 3-phase building complex, we dreamed of 48 apartments with varying layouts, from the studio apartment to the 100 sqm apartment with a large terrace. The ground floor apartments have garden access, while on the top floors we have planned exclusive penthouse apartments.
The development with a total of 290 apartments includes a more than 3,000 sqm, enclosed, landscaped garden, which can only be used by the residents of Metropol13. The facade of the building created by a renowned architect is modern, state-of-the art, also following the unique lines of our previous projects.
